Ir. Chan has 32 years of experience in the ICT industry, a chartered engineer, a chartered marketer and a fellow of Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK). Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan was a Director of HGC Global Communication; and had held various senior positions in global telecom and IT services companies including PCCW, PCCW Consulting Services, Cable & Wireless HKT. Ir. Chan has been active in public services, especially in education and industrial training, professional bodies and charitable organisations. Ir. Chan is the Chairman of Knowledge Management Development Center, Vice Chairman of Industrial Training Advisory Committee (ICT) and a member of Curriculum Development Council. He also serves as advisor and mentor at the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr Alfred Sit joined the Government as Assistant Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and was promoted to Chief Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2001, to Government Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2007, to Deputy Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services in 2011. He was Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services and Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund General Manager since October 2017. On 22 April 2020, Mr Sit was appointed Secretary for Innovation and Technology.
Mr Sit is an electrical engineer by profession and has over 30 years’ experience in public administration. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He was the President of the Hong Kong Institution of Facility Management and Chairman of the Biomedical Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
Mr Sit holds the Associateship in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and a master degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has also attended the Harvard Business School.

Daniel Chun is currently the General Manager and EVP of Market Innovations at Remotec Technology Limited – a 25-year old pre-IPO company based in Hong Kong, which focused in smart controls, home automation and the emerging opportunities in the Internet of Things (IoT) market. Before this appointment, Daniel had served in leadership in the third sector bringing in various innovative products and services to the charity sector.

At Remotec Technology Limited, he invented and founded a product concept that led to winning Hong Kong Institution of Engineer’s first ever Smart City IoT product competition
beating other competitive entries. SmartAirCon is the name of the project and advocates the smart use of air conditioning to reduce carbon foot print and reduce the consumption of electricity. He strongly believes that mobile operators could become a major contributor in creating environmental impact in this context.
Daniel is a co-founder of a ICT startup company (Art Group Limited) and received incubation from Hong Kong Cyberport which has revolutionized the way how charities handle fundraising at gala dinners and events - by enhancing patrons participation and engagement through the use of OpenHeart’s mobile technologies. In 2015 alone, OpenHeart has supported over 30 charities and helped raised over HK$80M for these charities and causes.
Daniel started off his career as a programmer at Hutchsion Mobile Data in 1990 and had launched CompuServe HK. Since Hutchison, Daniel had been a business development professional in telecom and Internet businesses in Asia Pacific (Taiwan Mobile, Iridium, Wharf T&T). During the dotcom era, he became a resident-entrepreneur at a venture capital fund in Europe based in Malta. He later immigrated to Canada after 9/11 where he started up his own
brick and mortar toy store. He sold the toy business in 2008 and joined a Canadian toy manufacturer and became involved in invention, licensing and product innovations.
Daniel is a Blue Ocean Strategy trainer and also a part-time lecturer at City University and HKUSPACE in IT and Corporate Communications. Daniel has invented a few product concepts and currently own a few patent pending for these inventions. In the past four years, Daniel served as the Vice President (Elect) for The Entrepreneurs’ Network (TEN) association in Hong Kong that promotes entrepreneurship.

Her international experiences begun with renowned architectural practices prior to postgraduate study at the M.I.T.; she worked with Morphosis Architects L.A., MVRDV Rotterdam, on international competitions, cultural projects and large scale urban developments. Professor Mee Kam Ng is Vice-chairman of the Department of Geography and Resource Management, the Director of the Urban Studies Programme and Associate Director of the Institute of Future Cities at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) and academic advisor of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design. She was elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in the United Kingdom in 2016. She has completed over 30 research projects and published widely on planning, governance and sustainability issues in Pacific Asia. Mr. Lam Arthur, is the Co-CEO and a Director of Negawatt Utility Limited. He is responsible for overseas development and research and development of the Company. Mr. Lam is also the Vice Chairman of the Board, an executive Director and one of the substantial shareholders of Synergy Group Holdings International Limited (Stock Code: 1539). In addition, Mr Lam is also a director of Synergy Lighting Limited and Synergy Group WorldwideLimited, both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, and a director of various subsidiaries of Negawatt Utility Limited and Synergy Group Holdings International Limited.
