The “Legal 101: How successful start-ups attract investors from the Intellectual Property (“IP”) Protection perspective?” online sharing session, initiated by Cyberport Academy, will be held on 17 September 2021. Legal Associates, Ms Winnie Ho and Mr Koon-yiu Tse from Eversheds Sutherland, are invited to share the importance of IP to start-ups, the types of IP and the critical IP issues from an investor’s perspective.
