TVET in the Asia-Pacific Online Forum (Day 1)
05/11/2021 10:30am - 3:00pm
Wherever we live in the world, a thriving future is what we all want, which is why governments, industries and educators alike are working together to upskill and reskill workforces disrupted by the global COVID pandemic.
To share knowledge and insight on best practice across TVET in the Asia-Pacific, Te Pūkenga (New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology), Education New Zealand and Skills Consulting Group are thrilled to announce an inaugural APAC TVET Forum, to be held as a state-of-the art immersive virtual conference.
This special event – with no cost to register– takes place on two Fridays: the 5th and 12th of November, with networking opportunities and sessions on the days in-between.
This APAC TVET Forum will bring together key groups for effective TVET:
Governments, Industries, and Educators. The Forum will offer Government to Government (G2G), Business to Business (B2B) and System-to-System content streams – “bringing us together” for a cross-system conversation.
Leading the conversation will be the New Zealand Minister of Education, Hon Chris Hipkins, and talks led by representatives of global organizations including Adecco, Coursera, Hewlett-Packard and UNESCO-UNEVOC.
