About the Panellists:
Pádraig Walsh is the partner who leads the TMT practice of Tanner De Witt. He has represented suppliers and providers within all verticals of the technology sector. He is also a member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong, iTechLaw, and PrivacyRules, as well as an HKSTP mentor. Pádraig is at the forefront of advising on legal issues for emerging Web3 businesses using blockchain technology.
Stephen Browne, an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur, is passionate about blockchain technology and the Web3 world. Based in Hong Kong, Stephen has built a strong business network spanning across Asia and extending globally. He has deep expertise in services related to tokenising real-world assets and digital wallets.
Linda Chan is a corporate finance lawyer qualified in HK with 15 years’ experience who specialises in corporate restructuring and fundraising. She is currently the General Counsel of Forbole Group and COO at Forbole Tech, a blockchain infrastructure solution provider. Linda’s passion lies in assisting organisations achieve both financial success and social good and driving inclusion and sustainability in the commercial landscape. She is also a social innovator, a Web3 educator and a frequent public speaker.
Zen Fong is the Co-Founder of Canvasland, a Metaverse advisory and production studio currently being incubated by the HKSTP. Zen has amassed a decade of experience investing in cryptocurrency and researching the Web3 space. His main mission now is to expand Canvasland and dedicate himself to developing the Web3-Metaverse infrastructure in Hong Kong.
