Qingxu Deng has served as our Senior Vice President since March 2018. Mr. Deng had served as our Vice President from August 2015 to February 2018. Mr. Deng joined us in April 2001, worked in Finance Channel and Technology Channel successively. From February 2011 to December 2014, Mr. Deng served as Deputy Chief Editor of Finance Center, General Manager of Finance and Technology Division from January 2015 to July 2015. Prior to joining SINA, Mr. Deng worked at Xinhuanet. Mr. Deng holds a B.S. in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics and an M.A. in Journalism from Renmin University of China.

Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.
Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government from July 2012 to January 2017. He was appointed Financial Secretary on 16 January, 2017.

Dr Jimmy Chiang is Associate Director-General of Invest Hong Kong, the government department responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment into Hong Kong.
He joined Invest Hong Kong in August 2003 and was promoted to Head of Tourism and Hospitality in September 2010. He took up the ADG position in April 2015, in which he oversees the Department’s investment promotion strategies in the areas of Business and Professional Services, Consumer Products, Creative Industries, Financial Services, Tourism and Hospitality and Transport and Industrial. Prior to joining Invest Hong Kong, Dr Chiang worked with a Hong Kong-based multinational transportation company in a number of different managerial roles for five years.
Dr Chiang has a doctorate in hotel and tourism management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also has a master's degree in business administration from The University of British Columbia and a bachelor's degree in social sciences from The University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Silvia Chen is currently the Head of China Issuer Services of the Markets Division at HKEX.
Ms. Chen joined HKEX in 2018. Prior to joining HKEX, Ms. Chen was an Executive Director at HSBC Global Banking and Capital Markets, working with Chinese enterprises on equity capital markets related matters in Hong Kong. She has led a number of landmark financing activities for Chinese and International corporates in the fields of IPO, share placement, and convertible bond issuance. Ms. Chen started her career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst, covering Retail and Consumer Products Sectors.
Ms. Chen received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.

Cynthia founded FutureX Capital in 2017, which focuses on investing in leading enterprises of the ‘Smart Era’. FutureX has completed more than US$300 million of investments, including Kingsoft Cloud, Bytedance, Gridsum Technologies, NIO, Haodf, Meituan Dianping and Spotify. Cynthia pioneered the private equity business in China’s mutual fund industry, founding the private equity arm when joining China AMC HK in 2009. She has lead investments in many ‘New Economy’ giants, including Alibaba, Dianping, Meitu, Didi; and in healthcare giants such as Wuxi AppTec and involved in the privatization of RDA. The majority of the over RMB15 billion investments lead by her has completed successful exits, with an average single-project IRR of over 50%.
Cynthia has served at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Delta Partners (Boston-based private equity fund) in the US. She holds a bachelor degree from National University of Singapore with honors in Computer Science, and an MBA from Hult International Business School (co-op with Boston College), Cynthia continues her education in Tsinghua EMBA program.
Outside of her successful career, Cynthia has a very happy family, and is a proud mother of three boys. She also continuously explores physical and mental health, including interests such as fasting, diet & exercise, and classical Chinese studies. She’s very compassionate about education and empowerment. She is a long-time supporter for Adream foundation and Life Academy.

Mr. William Shen is the CEO of CRE Alliance (Hong Kong) Company Limited since mid- 2017 and is a member of the investment committee. CRE Alliance (Hong Kong) is a subsidiary of China Resources Enterprise Group (“CRE”). CRE initiated and runs a USD-denominated growth capital fund, CRE Alliance Fund, focusing on consumer brands, services and retail services within the consumption upgrade theme. Investment targets include high growth private enterprises, SOE mixed ownership reform and foreign brands which would like to leverage China Resource Group network and resources to enter PRC’s consumption market. Investment size ranges from USD 40 m to USD 150 m. Prior to joining CRE Alliance (Hong Kong), Mr. Shen was Senior Partner and Head of Greater China at Headland Capital Partners Limited (formerly known as HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Limited), and a member of its private equity fund investment committee. Prior to joining Headland in 2004, Mr. Shen worked at Vertex China Investment, managing its PRC private equity investments. He also worked previously at Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited, managing the firm’s venture capital investments, as well as at Bain & Company in the US and Hong Kong.
Mr. Shen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with summa cum laude and Dean’s list from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University, with a focus on strategy and venture capital investments.

StartmeupHK is InvestHK’s startup division established in 2014, aimed at attracting innovative startups, investors and other stakeholders to Hong Kong, provide a one-stop service platform to support these companies setting up in the city, promote Hong Kong as a premier startup destination and help build our ecosystem to transform the city into a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
The StartmeupHK Festival is one of the key platforms organised by the team to attract international startup communities to Hong Kong, to share and network with local innovators, corporates and showcase the city’s success stories. The annual event in January 2019 attracted over 17,000 participants, and representation from over 50 countries, with events in key sectors where Hong Kong has distinct competitive advantages, namely financial technology (fintech), Internet of things (IOT), health technology, retail technology and smart city.
Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at the HK chapter of TiE, a global nonprofit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship in the markets in which they operate, and management roles at advertising & digital agencies, startup incubator, management consulting and manufacturing companies.

Amy Lo is Co-Head of Wealth Management Asia Pacific, Head and Chief Executive of UBS Hong Kong, and a Group Managing Director at UBS. Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining UBS in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth in Asia. Today, the ultra-high net worth business is the leading wealth manager for ultra-high net worth individuals in the region.
Actively involved in the development of the private banking industry in Hong Kong, Amy chairs the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), and is a member of the Policy Research Committee of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). She is also a member of the Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, and a member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee Financial Infrastructure Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
A passionate supporter of youth education and technological innovation in Greater China, Amy is a member of The Court and the MBA Advisory Board at The University of Hong Kong, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an Advisor of the Industrial Consulting Committee at the HongKong X, a tech start-up platform aim at promotion of innovations among young entrepreneurs. She is also a Board Member of the UBS Optimus Foundation, the independent grant-making foundation that helps UBS clients improve the education and welfare of children globally.
Amy received the Executive Award at the DHL/SCMP Business Awards 2018 for her efforts in promoting the growth and development of the wealth management industry, and for her drive in building UBS as a corporate citizen in Hong Kong. She was also named by a top-tier Chinese media, China Business News, as one of the "Hong Kong Top 20 in the next 20 years" for her contribution to innovation developments in 2017.

Christopher Lau is Group Assistant Managing Director of Cargo Services Group and Head of the Greater China since April 2018.
Prior to his current role, Chris co-founded eCargo Holdings Limited (ASX: ECG), and led its successful IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange in November 2014. He was the CEO and an Executive Director of ECG from ECG’s inception until March 2018, when he became a non-executive director.
Chris was Assistant Managing Director and an Executive Director at Cargo Services Far East from 2006 to 2012, where he founded the GAM business in 2007 and led the strategic development in the Australasia market. He has a broad range of management experience in global supply chain, e-commerce and technology, and was instrumental in the transformation of Cargo Services in becoming the leading integrated retail supply chain solutions service provider based in Hong Kong. He was involved in the formation of CS Logistics, acquisition of Allport Limited and HSBC’s strategic investment in CS Logistics in 2010. He was an Executive Director of CS Logistics from 2010 to 2012.
Chris was appointed as an independent non-executive director of GP Industries Limited (SGX: G20), in April 2020. GP is a leading batteries brand in Asia. Through its fully owned subsidiary, GP Acoustics is the owner of the KEF brand, a major global sound specialist.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University. He began his professional career with Ernst and Young LLP and Deutsche Bank in New York working in audit, structured products and fixed income. He was appointed as a member of the 14th Nanjing Political Consultative Conference, is Vice-Chair Youth Affairs Committee, Hong Kong CPPCC Members Association, is an Honorary Member of the Court at the Hong Kong Baptist University and is a Vice-Chairman of the fundraising committee of the Dragon Foundation, a non-profit organisation in Hong Kong. His father is John Lau, Founder and Group Managing Director of the Cargo Services Group and his mother is Shelley Lee, GBS, JP, former Home Affairs Bureau Permanent Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Fei Zhang is an entrepreneurial international senior executive in the financial services industry. His career span across strategic consulting on digitalization, driving digitalization change in large FSI groups and bootstrapping ventures. He has worked across France, Germany, Singapore and China.
Fei’s career started in the Paris office of BearingPoint, servicing insurance and telecom clients. After achieving MBA at INSEAD in 2011, he has taken several roles in disruptive innovation in telecom, high-tech and insurance industries (Singapore Telecom, Dell and Allianz Group). Innovations spearheaded by Fei include AI, WebRTC, Big Data, Blockchain, where Fei has played the roles of technical research, business case and program management.
Leveraging his extensive experience on strategy, marketing and innovations, Fei has built brand new spaces in Blockchain and Digitalization for Allianz Group. Fei co-founded the B3i Inc, acted as COO and was mainly responsible for strategy formulation, business planning and operations management.
