These include:

• AI: Establish an AI Supercomputing Centre in Cyberport, with HK$3 billion (US$384M) allocated to launch a 3-year AI Subsidy Scheme to support local universities, research institutes and enterprises to leverage the Centre's computing power and achieve scientific breakthroughs.

• Life and health tech: HK$2 billion (US$256M) earmarked to support establishment of InnoHK research centres in Hetao, with an additional HK$200 million (US$25.6M) to groom relevant startups in the form of incubation and acceleration programmes.

• Green tech and finance: Launch the Green and Sustainable Fintech Proof-of-Concept Subsidy Scheme to provide early-stage funding support for green fintech.

• Attracting enterprises: Organise the Summit on Startup Investment and Development in Hong Kong, bringing together prominent figures in the ecosystem to boost collaboration among relevant sectors.

• Nurturing startups: The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC) will launch the Co‑acceleration Programme to provide value-added support services to I&T startups with high potential and to nurture them as regional or global enterprises.
