Singapore Airlines AppChallenge 2020

Singapore Airlines invites innovative talents from Hong Kong to join elites worldwide at the 6th Singapore Airlines AppChallenge. This year, Singapore Airlines is in the search of startups with the most innovative solutions to 10 Problem Statements across six Challenge Themes of:

• Seamless Travel Experience
• People and Operations
• Beyond Travel
• Travelling in the New Norm
• New Business Opportunities
• Sustainability

Registration to the event closes on 12 July 2020.

Finalists will be invited to pitch to Singapore Airlines senior management and top executives. Solutions with business potential may be fast-tracked into the SIA Accelerator Programme, where startups will build a Proof-of-Concept of their solution with the Airlines. Submission will be judged based on Business Value, Technical Competency, Innovation & Creativity, User Experience, and Presentation. Five participant teams from around the world will be selected to go to Singapore to make the final presentation pitch to our judges.

Singapore Airlines invites any form of digital innovative solutions that may address our AppChallenge. Technical background in the IT industry is not a must. We encourage great ideas from different fields of expertise to participate in this information technology competition, and develop innovative new applications that would help build a more rewarding journey for the modern travelers.

Singapore Airlines is going to organize the four virtual roadshows. They are informative sessions to help participants to network and find like-minded individuals.
